Okay, so I think I already told you this last year, but I wish you would make a unit on Canada just as adorable as this one is! :)

The Littlest Scholars
This unit would be wonderful for my kiddos. (We can see the Statue of Liberty from our school library!! (It is very small from the window, but with a foot like that, my kids would freak out.) I am going to have to add it to my wishlist! I need to win the TpT lotto.

Special Teacher for Special Kids
This reminded me of my daughter crying last week. She needed to go to the dentist, but she wanted to go to school and NOT miss the pledge of allegiance. She said it was important to remember about freedom and love for the country. Needless to say she went to the dentist :)

This looks great! Do you think it could be stretched to third grade? I am doing my Washington DC unit right now and I was thinking I could add some of these activities if I bumped up the difficulty. Thanks!
ReplyDeleteAllison, Yes. You could just bump up the writing a notch and have them research the symbols and do their reports. The directed drawing lessons and craft activities would be perfect.
DeleteThank you! Heading to TPT right now :)
